Quick Look
Feature Overview:
– Clean, easy-to-use interface
– Advanced matching system
– User stream
Zoosk is a relative newcomer to the online dating space, but they’ve already made their mark with a huge user base and interesting features. Zoosk is a simple site, but the stream on the home page adds a social element to everything — you’re able to see profile updates and new photos. So, what do you get with Zoosk? The site is free to try, and you’re able to browse and send introductory flirts and messages to users without a subscription.
Zoosk’s initial sign-up process is very simple, only requiring an email address, or even a login option through Facebook. Past that, you’re asked to provide a few basic things like a username, what you’re interested in, your marital status, orientation, looks, etc.
Setting up your Zoosk profile is easy as pie!

Zoosk profiles are clean, and provide tons of info about the user
I love that you have the option to sign up with your Facebook profile — it makes things much easier. But, one thing that does irk me is in the interests section. You have the choice to manually fill out your favorite music, books, and movies, but for the TV, games, and sports section, you’re only able to connect with your Facebook profile to fill in the blanks. You should be able to fill those out manually, too.
What are your interests?
Matching
When you sign up, you’re not required to fill out any match-type questions, but you’re given the option to fill out a few ZSMS questions — Zoosk’s form of scientific matchmaking. Otherwise, you can opt to fill out the icebreakers sections on your profile to help a potential match start a conversation with you.

- 50 coins = $5
- 250 coins = $20
